1 paquete de tortillas *
2 latas de chili con carne *
1 bote de jalapeños *
Cilantro picado
200 ml de nata para cocinar
Queso rallado
Preparación:
Calentar el chili con carne durante 4 minutos. Humedecer ligeramente las tortillas con las manos y rellenar con el chili caliente. Disponerlas en una fuente de horno y cubrir ligeramente con la mezcla de queso rallado y nata.
Gratinar y servir luego en frío con el cilantro picado y con algunas láminas de jalapeño también picadas.

CHILI WITH MEAT “FAJITAS”
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 pack of Mexican “tortillas”
2 cans of chili with meat *
1 bottle of “jalapeños” *
Crushed coriander
200 ml whipped cream for cooking
Grated cheese
Method:
Heat the chili with meat during 4 minutes. Slightly damp the tortillas with the hands and fill with hot chili. Arrange them on an ovenproof dish and cover lightly with the mixture of grated cheese and whipped cream.
Gratin and serve cold with crushed coriander and with some sheets also crushed jalapeño.
